Pastrami or Ruben Sandwich
Memphis Minnie’s very special Pastrami Wednesday is still our most popular sandwich special after all of these years! Founder, Bob Kantor, grew up in Brooklyn with a long heritage of deli appreciation. Pastrami was one of his favorites and this is his ode to that venerable tradition. Our brisket is cured for 10 days using our own house created recipe, slow smoked for 16 hours, and steamed for several more until it’s like butta. Available in its purest form on a house roll, topped with our mustard sauce, or as the ever popular Reuben served on toasted rye bread with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing…..Served with your choice of side
